The healthiest are to either follow a diet or to lose weight through exercise/aerobics. Taking in sufficient meals per day is always important in order to maintain the decorum of your body as it needs what it needs in terms of nutrients.</p>

<p>Losing weight is simple, all you’ve to do is burn more calories than you consume, then it doesn’t really matter how many meals you have per day and what they consist of. There are 5 simple steps that need to be followed, that can help you in losing weight:</p>
<p>1-      Keep count of the number of calories you consume everyday by either noting it down on a piece of paper or by saving it on your computer. All it takes is ten minutes of your entire day. Show some dedication and WORK IT! Once you’ve done that, add up all the calories and weigh yourself.</p>
<p>2-      The next day, try and reduce your total amount of consumption by let’s say, 500 calories? Keep this up for the entire week.</p>
<p>3-      Increase the amount of your meals to 5 meals a day. This way you can have a meal every now and then which will speed up your metabolism and save you from consuming extras.</p>
<p>NOTE: You need to make sure that you take no more than the number of calories you decided to take.</p>
<p>4-      Exercise, is the most important part of weight loss. If you do not work out, all that’ll happen is that your skin will become flabby and you’d look weak, not “fit”.</p>
<p>5-      When the week comes to an end, weigh yourself. Now don’t go around expecting to lose all the weight you wanted to loose in just one week; however there must be some difference. Keep this up for another couple of months and voila!</p>
